This post relates to the 85% principle. Many people won&#039;t start things if they think they don&#039;t know enough--they aren&#039;t &quot;experts&quot;. Do you need to be a physical trainer to exercise?

The point is, getting 85% of the way there, then getting stuck and asking for help, is so much better than being at 0%, because you never started in the first place.

Take these two &quot;newbies&quot; for example, and ask yourself, who would you want to help?</description>
